Abstract
Following the applicable curriculum, we developed E-learning skill modules for appreciating fiction and non-fiction books for eighth graders. Two test groups are involved in investigating the impact of using the e-module. Participants engaged in the experimental and comparison groups were 30 students each. The analysis results show that using e-modules in learning gives better results than without using e-modules.

Abstract
Abstract: This research and development aims to: (1) to determine the feasibility of differentiated learning media using google sites in improving biology learning outcomes of class XII IPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Uluan, and (2) to determine the effectiveness of differentiated learning media using google sites in improving Biology study results of class XII IPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Uluan. The type of research conducted by research is Research and Development (R & D) type of research. The Product Development model used is adapted from the Gall, Gall & Borg model and combined with the Assure learning model. The results of the calculation of the T-test with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% on the post-test scores of the experimental class and the control class show that tcount (years) = 3.276 and ttable = tt (0.05) = 1.996. So it can be concluded that th (3.276) > tt (0.05) (1.996). It is evident from the average post-test score of the experimental class which is 85.11 compared to the average post-test value of the control class which is 78.30. The average post-test score of the experimental class > the average post-test value of the control class was 85.11 > 78.30. Thus, the development of differentiated learning media using Google sites for class XII high school students is effective in improving biology learning outcomes.

Abstract
50 percent limited learning ( hybrid learning ) is a learning model in which the teacher teaches simultaneously to students who attend school with students who study online from home with the help of technology. But online learning is not implemented. This is due to the low pedagogical competence of the initial test and the results of the 2022 learning environment survey nationally with a score of 47.36. So that it needs to be improved with an online learning training management model to improve teacher pedagogic competence, especially one sheet lesson plan, video learning media, and learning evaluation of 5 types of questions. Research and development research methods, research subjects 46 teachers from two high schools in Toba district. ADDIE training model, analysis of training needs, design training guide, development validation pedagogic competence, implementation, scheduled training, evaluation held tests. Through the planning management function, organizing, implementation, and evaluation, the effectiveness of the training model based on the N-Gain analysis of this training model is effective. Increased pedagogic competence results of independent samples t-test sig (2-tailed) 0.792 pedagogic competence and sig (2-tailed) online learning 0.413, pedagogic competence increased due to the online learning training management model.

Abstract
ABSTRACT
This development research was based on the difficulties of students^ have in understanding syntax material due to a lack of teaching materials or syntax modules that reach CPMK. This study aims to explain, (1) the process of developing text-based syntax modules- (2) feasibility of text-based syntax modules- and (3) the effectiveness of the text-based syntax module. This research used the type of development research with the ADDIE mode adapted by Robert Maribe Branch. This development model has 5 steps, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the research show that, (1) the development process that has been carried out produces a product in the form of a text-based syntax module- (2) the development text-based syntax module is feasible to use based on the validation results of material experts of 93.42%, design expert validation of 85%, and the responses of lecturers and students who gave positive responses to the text-based syntax module- (3) the text-based syntax module of Indonesian language and literature education study program students at Medan State University has been declared effective as an effort to increase student competence based on the results of the pre-test and post-test. The effectiveness of the module was analyzed using the gain test with an average gain index value of 0.86 with high effectiveness criteria. Thus, the text-based syntax module for PBSI D 2022 class students that has been developed is declared feasible and effective for use in the learning process of syntax courses.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the ability of the learning outcomes even chemistry assessment instrument used in schools, the feasibility level of the HOTS assessment instrument based on content validity, the results of item analysis on the HOTS assessment instrument using Rasch model analysis. The method used is RnD which consists of some stages such as analyze, design, and development. Based on the results of the needs analysis, it was found that the chemistry learning outcome assessment instrument used in schools had not been able to measure students^ HOTS abilities. Thus, a learning outcome assessment instrumen was developed to measure HOTS. The results of the content validity test by lecturers and teachers obtained in the valid category. There are assumptions test in Rasch model, namely the assumption of unidimensionality with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and local independence that have been met with the model. Then on the results of item analysis with Rasch, 33 out of 40 questions were categorized as good to be used as a tool to measure students^ HOTS. This study produces a product in the form of a valid chemistry learning outcome instrument and can be used to measure students^ HOTS abilities and can be used online.

Abstract
This study aims to produce an Exposition Text Material Module in Class X Based on a Problem Based Learning Approach. The research method used is the Research and Development research and development method which refers to the Borg and Gall model. The development stages are the initial study phase, initial product development, and product trials. The results showed that the results of the validation of material experts on the eligibility of the content obtained an average of 94.1% with the ^Very good^ category. .5% in the ^very good^ category. For graphical assessment by design experts, an average of 83.9% is obtained in the ^very good^ category. Product trials were carried out in three stages: individual testing, small group trials and limited field trials. Individual trials with an average of 86% in the very good category, small group trials with an average of 87.4% in the very good category, and limited field trials with an average of 88.3% in the very good category. The effectiveness of teaching materials is obtained through student learning outcomes on the pretest and posttest. the average score at the pretest is 62 and at the posttest is 96. This proves that the exposition text teaching materials based on the problem based learning approach are feasible, easy, and effective for use in class X class Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Labuhanbatu. This research has implications for the Indonesian language learning process, namely teaching materials based on a problem-based learning approach that was developed to provide practical assistance, especially in the implementation of the learning process for teachers, teaching materials in the form of this module can be additional teaching materials to provide convenience in conveying the exposition text material being taught, add and increase students^ knowledge about exposition texts so that learning will be more interesting and motivating students, train students to learn independently.
