Abstract
This research was motivated by the lack of availability of worksheets that support literacy activities to improve higher order thinking skills. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model development method. The research discussion is adapted to the ADDIE research and development procedures, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were 24 students in class V at SDN 101867 Payagambar. Determination of the eligibility level of LKPD is based on expert validation tests and trials on students through student response questionnaires. The effectiveness of LKPD was obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest of class V students. The results of this study showed that the validation of material experts was 80% in the feasible category, the validation of linguists was 85.41% in the very feasible category, the validation of layout design experts was 90.47% in the very feasible category. The result of the percentage of student response questionnaires was 86.70 which was categorized as very feasible, so that it could be said that LKPD was suitable for use for fifth grade elementary school students. The students^ pretest results achieved an average score of 69.3 with classical completeness reaching 42% in the incomplete category. While the results of the posttest after using the LKPD reached an average of 84.50 with classical completeness reaching 100% and being declared complete. Based on the pretest and posttest values, it can be seen that the gain score is 0.51 in the moderate effectiveness category. This shows that the use of literacy-based worksheets to improve higher-order thinking skills has been effectively used by fifth grade students at SDN 101867 Payagambar, Batang Kuis district

Abstract
Entrepreneurial skills are being cultivated to meet the challenges of the future labor market, aligned with directives from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education for the younger generation to shift their mindset from job seekers to job creators. The implementation of bioentrepreneurship aims to enhance student interest and creativity in Conventional Food Biotechnology. This study employs the ADDIE development model, comprising five stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Validation involves three questionnaires: validation by subject matter experts, validation by instructional media experts, and validation by instructional design experts. Additionally, feasibility and practicality questionnaires are completed by teaching faculty, small groups, and students using the Learning Material Kit (LKM). Expert validation of the Bioentrepreneur-based LKM yielded an 85.6% effectiveness score (136 points), while faculty assessment indicated high suitability at 88.7%. Student responses also affirmed the high suitability and practicality of the Bioentrepreneur-based LKM. The use of LKM demonstrated an effective impact on overall creativity based on N-Gain values, but effectiveness in influencing student entrepreneurial interest is yet to be fully realized.

Abstract
This study aims to: (1) produce a learning model that is feasible to use, easy to learn and can be used for learning (2) to determine the effectiveness of the E-learning based learning model. This type of research is development research that uses the Borg and Gall product development model and is combined with the Dick and Carey learning design model. This research was conducted on students of SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. The research sample consisted of 64 students consisting of 32 students as an experimental class who were taught using the Project Citizen learning model based on E-learning and 32 students as a control class who were taught using the constructivism learning model. The results of the research hypothesis testing prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of PPKn students who are taught using the E-learning-based Project Citizen learning model and the learning outcomes of Civics taught using the Constructivism learning model. This is indicated by the acquisition of data, namely t_count = 2.55 while t_table = 1.99 with dk = N1 + N2-2 at a significant level α- = 0.05. It was concluded that the effectiveness of using the Project Citizen learning model based on E-learning was 71.75% while the effectiveness of using the Constructivism learning model was 66.25%.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the development of the website-based UKBM Biology module with the discovery learning model at MAN 1 Medan in improving student learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is the 4D research model developed by S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel in 1974. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. Based on the expert validation process it shows that this module very valid with a score of 88% material experts, 84% learning design experts, 86% website design experts, 87% biology teachers. Independent t test was conducted to see whether there were differences in the results of the students^ post-tests from the experimental group and the students^ post-tests from the control group. Based on the data analysis results, it is known that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an average difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. So it is known that the N-Gain value for the experimental class is 77.27 which means that the UKBM Biology module uses a website with an effective discovery learning learning model to apply in biology learning in class X MAN 1 Medan.
