DEVELOPMENT OF TEXT-BASED MINIMUM COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT (AKM) EVALUATION INSTRUMENTS OF FICTIONAL STORY MATERIALS FOR CLASS VIII STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 27 MEDAN

Abstract

Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is an assessment designed to encourage the implementation of innovative learning oriented towards developing reasoning skills and improving students^ literacy skills. The objectives of this study are 1) analyzing the process of developing AKM assessment instruments for text-based fiction work material for grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan, 2) analyzing the productof developing AKM assessment instruments for text-based fiction material for grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan, 3) analyzing feasibility AKM assessment instrument for text-based fiction material for grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan, and 4) analyze the effectiveness of AKM assessment instrument for text-based fiction material for grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 27 Medan. This research method is Thiagarajan^s 4-D development method consisting of the steps of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) assessment will later be adjusted to the context of the text. Development of literacy assessment instruments in the form of learning assessment designs Indonesian fictional story materials found in class VIII.
