Abstract
Genetic Algorithm (GA) performance speed is determined by computation time. Computing time in AG for finding the optimum value is strongly influenced by the following parameters: population size (pop size), Crossover Probability (Pc), Mutation Probability (Pm), and the selected selection method. Pc is one of the essential parameters in GA. A chromosome that will reach the best solution can be obtained from the crossover process of the two parent chromosomes. The Pc value strongly influences the crossover process. Determining the appropriate and correct Pc value indicates how large the parent chromosome will experience crossover.
The method used to analyze the effect of Pc on GA performance is changing the Pc value between 0.80-0.95. The simulation used MATLAB R2012b to obtain the best computational time for each Pc value. Meanwhile, the other GA parameters remained the same: Pm=0.05 and population size=100 for each change of Pc value.
The test results using MATLABR2012 show that the fastest computing time is in the range of Pc values between 0.85-0.95 with an average computation time of 0.14564s. This indicates that for the case of optimizing the scheduling of courses in the Unimed Electrical Engineering study program, the Pc value between 0.85-0.95 will provide the fastest computation time.

Abstract
Use case diagrams work by describing the interaction between the user and the system through a story about how a system is used. Use case diagrams consist of several elements, namely actor, case, system, association, include, and extend. Use case diagrams are very useful for understanding how the system works and how actors are involved in the system. The sequence of steps that explains the relationship between the user and the system is called a scenario. Each scenario describes a sequence of events. Each sequence is initialized by a person, another system, hardware, or a time sequence. Apart from that, a use case is also defined as an abstraction of the interaction between the system and actors. Use case diagrams describe the expected functionality of a system. The emphasis is on ^what^ the system does, and not ^how^. A use case is a specific job, in this case for information system services to students at the faculty of engineering Universitas Negeri Medan

Abstract
Liquid waste such as used lubricating oil (ULO) is a very dangerous environmental polluting material. However, this waste can be used as an alternative energy source by burning directly because the basic material of this material is hydrocarbons such as petroleum in general. In this article, a study of the direct combustion of used oil using a simple stove is reported. ULO was fed into the stove which has an internal air distributor. The air combustion needed was given through a blower and controlled using an airflow meter. A handheld thermometer was used to measure the temperature of the fire. The data were plotted in a graph and can be understood easily. The results showed that higher combustion fire temperature of 750C can be produced during combustion. The observations show that the pollution produced is still within the limit of government regulations. The results of this study showed that ULO has the potential to be used as an alternative energy source.

Abstract
Handling the problem caused by hazardous waste and toxic (B3 waste) including used lubricating oil (ULO) of vehicles is very important because it has a negative impact on the environment and living things. In addition, exploration of energy sources continues to be carried out due to a decrease in the main energy source causing the energy crisis issue to get scarier. ULO is one of the renewable energy sources that can be used as an alternative fuel through pyrolysis. This study aims to examine the pyrolysis process of ULO by controlling its temperature and heating rate. The research method is a laboratory test where a certain amount of ULO is put into the pyrolysis reactor, then heated at a controlled temperature. Due to the influence of heat, ULO decomposes on several types of liquids named waste oil pyrolysis fuel (WOPF) similar to conventional fuels which can be identified by the color of the resulting liquid. Furthermore, combustion was carried out using a simple stove to determine the temperature of combustion and flue gases that can be achieved as an indicator of the thermal energy content in pyrolysis oil. Compared with the combustion of kerosene fuel, the WOPF has the same character as kerosene fuel and can be used as an alternative fuel, especially for industrial processes.

The results obtained are good but according to the IEEE 519 -2019 standard for ISC / IL = 46.77 for a 220-volt system voltage, the permissible third-order individual harmonic distortion current (IHDi) is 7%, while the research results obtained are 12.65%. So it is necessary to conduct further research in order to determine other types of harmonic filters that can reduce harmonic currents according to IEEE 519 - 2014 standards.

Abstract
Early detection is part of the expert system. An expert system is an application in a computer that aims to help make decisions or aims to solve problems in a specific field. Diagnosing computer failure is a time-consuming and expensive task to do manually. Intelligent systems called expert systems were introduced to develop hardware failure diagnoses for any computer system. Problems with PC components can be detected by the sound coming out of the spiker when the BIOS performs a POST (Power On Self-Test). It sounds different depending on the problem. This paper aims to design a computer damage early detection system based on user experience using the five planes method, namely the strategy plane, the scope plane, the structure plane, the skeleton plane and the surface plane. The result of this paper is the design of a computer damage early detection system interface based on beep sounds.

Abstract
To find out the overall performance of a concrete, it is necessary to first study the performance of the mortar. The constituent materials of the mortar consist of fine aggregates, portland cement and water with a certain amount of composition. The amount of water used in the composition of the mortar has an impact on the level of melting of the mortar. The water used in mortar and concrete mixtures is clean water and natural sparkling water. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of mortar melting on the strength of normal concrete using natural sparkling water from Parbubu Village with variations of natural sparkling water, namely 0%, 50% and 100% of the required water weight. The method used in this study was an experimental study of mortar melting against normal concrete strength. The level of mortar melting resulting from the mortar mixing study with a variation of 0% natural sparkling water was 110.526% with a compressive strength of 15,537 MPa- natural sparkling water mixture 50% mortar meltability value of 114.356% with the resulting compressive strength of 15.903 MPa- and a mixture of natural sparkling water 100% mortar melt value of 113.826% with a compressive strength of 14,967 MPa. Based on the results of research on the effect of mortar melting level on normal concrete strength that uses natural sparkling water from Parbubu Village as a mixture and substitution of clean water on mortar and concrete, it can be used in the manufacture of wall or acian stucco, masonry plastering and others.
