Abstract
National development aimed at improving public welfare must be supported by initiatives that can accelerate development in the socioeconomic sector. This includes development in the socioeconomic sector, on the one hand, and advancements in education and public literacy, on the other. Libraries serve as institutions that foster literacy in society, particularly through user education programs already implemented in university libraries. By accelerating development in the education and literacy sectors, the government hopes to break the cycle of poverty. Libraries must be able to direct their activities and programs to focus on services based on social inclusion. The transformation of library services toward social inclusion is an approach adopted by libraries through services committed to improving the well-being of the community. The focus of this study is to determine the impact of library user education so that quality education can be realized
