Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology has transformed various aspects of social life governance economic activities and public services. In regional areas such as Subang Regency West Java digital transformation presents significant opportunities to improve community welfare strengthen social networks and support sustainable regional development. However challenges including limited digital literacy unequal internet access and insufficient collaboration among stakeholders continue to hinder inclusive digital development within society.
This study aims to analyze the role of community based digital transformation in strengthening social capital and enhancing community resilience in Subang Regency West Java. The research also examines how technological innovation governance and social responsibility can be integrated to improve digital connectivity and encourage active community participation in the digital era.
This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using observation interviews documentation and literature review. The participants involve local government officials community members youth communities SMEs and educational institutions in Subang Regency. The study focuses on digital utilization in social interaction public services economic empowerment and community collaboration.
The expected findings indicate that community based digital transformation can strengthen communication networks improve social participation enhance local economic resilience and support adaptive and sustainable governance.
