Abstract
This study aims to find out how the influence of leadership style, work environment and motivation on employee work discipline at the BPBD office in Langsa city. The population in this study were all employees at the BPBD Langsa city office, totaling 36 people. Due to the relatively small population, the entire population was sampled using saturated sampling technique. Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on work discipline, work environment has a positive and significant influence on work discipline, motivation has a positive and significant influence on work discipline, and simultaneously leadership style, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant influence on work discipline.
