Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Innovation, Green Human Capital, and the Use of QRIS on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are MSME actors in Aceh. The data obtained was analyzed using the SMART PLS ver 3.0 application to test the relationship between the independent variable (Product Innovation, Green Human Capital, and QRIS Use) and the bound variable (MSME Performance). The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between Product Innovation, Green Human Capital, and the Use of QRIS on the performance of MSMEs in Aceh. These findings show the importance of adopting innovation, developing environmentally friendly human resources, and applying digital payment technology in improving the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs in the modern era.
