PANCASILA INTEGRATED DIGITAL MODULAR INSTRUCTION TO ENHANCE SELF DIRECTED LEARNING IN EDUCATION Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta Abstract This study is motivated by several challenges in nonformal education, including low educator competence in developing innovative learning modules, limited use of digital technology, weak character development among learners, insufficient resources, and suboptimal supervision and evaluation. The study aims to improve the quality of nonformal education through the implementation of a professional development program that enhances educators^ capacity to design Pancasila-integrated digital modular instruction to support self-directed learning.
