Metabolic Disease Screening In Women At Posyandu Sejahtera As One Of The Preventive Efforts To Prevent Breast Cancer 1Department of Anatomy Pathology, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Bandung Abstract The incidence and mortality rate of breast cancer in the world rank first. The risk factors for this malignancy are closely related to lifestyle changes. Based on the relationship between unhealthy lifestyles and the causes of breast cancer, especially Posyandu Sejahtera women who do not understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to hold community service that can provide an understanding of this. The activity was attended by 30 Posyandu Sejahtera women from Ciroyom Village, Bandung. The method used was by providing counseling on metabolic disease screening for Posyandu Sejahtera women as one of the preventive efforts for breast cancer prevention. The results of the activity evaluation showed that most participants had BMI with obesity results, normal blood sugar, normal uric acid, normal total cholesterol, high blood pressure, very high body fat, and normal visceral fat. The conclusion of this community service activity is that almost all of the examination results on the women at Posyandu Sejahtera showed normal results, except for BMI, body fat, and blood pressure, which are risk factors for breast cancer.
