Abstract
This research aims to develop several factors that can be used by policy makers to improve employee performance. The research was conducted by analyzing the influence of religiosity, transformational leadership and organizational culture on task performance.
Research Method: This research uses a literature review of relevant previous research articles.
Research Results: There is a positive influence of religiosity, transformational leadership and organizational culture on task performance.
