Systematic Literature Review: The Influence of Servant Leadership and Work Involvement on the Quality of Work Life Ekos Albar, Hamidah, Dewi Susita

Abstract
Improving the quality of work life of employees can be influenced by several factors, including leadership and work involvement. By putting employees first, servant leadership motivates them to work towards goals and drives the improvement of the quality of their work life. In addition, employees who are highly engaged in their work are not only good at identifying their work, but also interested in the type of work they do. It can bring employees to improve their quality so they can make a positive contribution to their work.
This study aims to conduct a literature review related to the influence of servant leadership and work involvement on the quality of employee work life. The research method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection is done by documenting all articles that have similar research. The articles used in this study were 10 national and international journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar database using the Harzing^s Publish or Perish application.
The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between servant leadership on the quality of work life and there is also a significant effect between work involvement on the quality of work life. Leaders who apply compassionate, empowering, visionary, and humble leadership characters will be able to improve the quality of work life and be able to produce high employee performance. The quality of work life of employees can be improved by an organization or company by building a sense of justice, democracy, pride, comfort and safety and responsibility. Conditions of feeling comfortable and safe, fairness, work motivation, can have an impact on increasing the work involvement of these employees.
