Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find the conceptual model of employee loyalty as the dependent variable, with determinants of knowledge sharing, job satisfaction, and organizational learning as independent variables, and organizational commitment as intervening variables. The method in this study is by means of a literature review, namely by mapping the theory of human resource management through 60 relevant previous studies. The result of this research is a conceptual model of employee loyalty variables influenced by Knowledge sharing, job satisfaction, organizational learning and employee commitment as intervening variables
