Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted knowledge workers required to have creativity at work. This study analyzes the development trend of employee creative performance at work. The research involved qualitative methods with bibliometric analysis-the data source from the article database in Scopus from 2019-2023. Two points are obtained as the result of this study. First, based on most published territories about Creative Performance is United Kingdom occupied 54 publications and received the highest search rating from 2019 to 2023. Second, Employee Creative Performance strategies could be provided by Being Knowledgeable, Creative self-efficacy, Knowledge sharing, knowledge collecting, knowledge donating in internal and external institution.
