Abstract
Objective: This study aims to develop a proposition about factors that influence the Career Satisfaction of Private University Lecturers in Banten
Method: The research was conducted at Private Universities in the Banten Region using a quantitative survey approach, and this Research Model used Structure Equation Modeling Partial Least Square SEM-PLS using the Smart-PLS Version 4 program.
Results: Based on a theoretical study, Proactive Personality, Perceived Organizational Support, and Work Engagement influenced Career Satisfaction.
Managerial Implications: Based on the JD-R model, perceived organizational support, proactive personality, and work engagement are employee resources. When their resources are met, it can increase career satisfaction. Based on previous research, proactive personality and perceived organizational support affect career satisfaction directly and indirectly through work engagement
