Readiness to Change : A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a conceptual model of Readiness to Change with Ethical leadership determinants using this systematic literature review of articles in the last 5 years (2017-2022).
The method used is a systematic literature review with a strategy of mapping Human Resource Management theory through relevant research on readiness to change.
Based on a total of 60 articles that have been reviewed, it presents variables related to readiness to change and results in a conceptual model of The Effect of Ethical Leadership and Perceived Organizational Support on Readiness to Change and Work Engagement as intervening variables.
