Abstract

Problems that occur and are often repeated every year in the industrial world related to labor relations include the clarity of work contracts, demands to become permanent employees, opportunities to develop in companies and also the existence of decent wages according to the inflation rate, which is marked by the announcement of the value of the increase in the minimum wage. determined by the government at the end of the year, due to the non-conformance of the value of the wage increase expected by the employees which was conveyed by employees through employee representatives with the value of the minimum wage increase for employees, and the phenomenon in recent years at the end of 2020 there was the ratification of labor regulations which must be implemented and implemented immediately in the form of an Omnibuslaw related to the employment article which was rejected by employees.
The conclusion of the above problems is that this study aims to examine, analyze, and test ^Ability^, ^Personality and cultural values^ against ^Employee loyalty^ mediated by ^job satisfaction^ in the analysis unit of labor-intensive garment and shoe industries in West Java . Where job satisfaction is a means for employees to examine and respond to organizational challenges including the turmoil of desires and demands from companies related to changes in government policy every year.
The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an interview approach to several direct sources to get perspectives from the perspective of employees, employee unions and government representatives through the Department of Manpower in the Industrial Relations Department. Then the data from the questionnaire results were tabulated and processed into a research instrument through the Amos data processor. The research objects are employees from factories located in DKI Jakarta and West Java in industrial areas in Bekasi, Cikarang, Kerawang, Bogor and Pulogadung which are centers of employee movement in voicing the value of the minimum wage every year.
