Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of innovations about the Personalized learning (PL) learning model in the industrialization era 4.0. The discussion focuses on three factors that affect the effectiveness of personalize learning (PL) today. including management control factors by lecturers, student self-learning activities, personalize learning curriculum design and support for the Binusmaya technology platform 7. Qualitative descriptive research methods through interviews with students, staff, and lecturers of Binus University Bandung. Researchers also review campus policies and journals related to the purpose of writing. The number of journals reviewed was 11 journals, with 2 divisions of subject matter, personalized learning and learning analytics lectures. The findings can be concluded that the paradigm shift in curriculum development and personalize learning design in the industrialization era 4.0 with the Binusmaya 7 platform has helped students to be more independent and effective in learning. Personalized learning lectures have convenience in learning such as lecture time and course determination.
