Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze cultural intelligence in an organizational context and its influence on innovative work behavior and the important implications of increasing cultural intelligence in organizations to encourage innovative work behavior. This study uses the literature review method to gain an in-depth understanding of the urgency of cultural intelligence in encouraging innovative work behavior in organizations through synthesis and analysis of relevant literature. The aim is to identify important factors and provide practical insights for practitioners and researchers in the field of management and organizations. The work of cultural intelligence in an organizational context and its influence on innovative work behavior a) understand cultural differences, b) enhance communication and collaboration, c) meet challenges and change with creativity, and d) promote an innovative environment and organizational learning. Important implications of increasing cultural intelligence in organizations to encourage innovative work behavior a) increase openness and acceptance of differences, b) stimulation of creativity and new discoveries, c) collaboration and strong team involvement, d) flexibility and adaptability in dealing with change and e) increasing the competitiveness and excellence of the organization.
