Abstract

Special Library is one type of library formed by an institution (public/private) or company that has a specific mission with the aim of meeting the needs of its environment, both in terms of management and information services of library materials in order to support the development and improvement of the tasks and functions of the institution concerned and its human resources. Researchers intend to find determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables and their relationship with Perceived Organizational Support, Person-Organization Fit, Affective Commitment, and Work-Life Balance variables as mediator variables among librarians at Government Institution Special Libraries in DKI Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research, which uses deductive theory which aims to test or verify a theory. In explaining the relationship between assumptions and procedures for applying existing assumptions, this research uses a survey. The character of the population in this study is workers who belong to librarians who work in the Libraries of Government Institutions in DKI Jakarta. This research measurement uses analysis that will be processed with the SMARTPLS 4 application. Research respondents will be taken from 267 librarians who work in the Libraries of Government Institutions in DKI Jakarta.
