Lecturers are professional educators who can determine what is good for students based on their professional judgment, so that it is one of the main determinants in maintaining continuity and ensuring a conducive atmosphere for higher education. The presence of lecturers greatly determines the quality of education and graduates produced by universities, in addition to being generally determined by the quality of the universities themselves.
