Abstract
The challenge for the 21st century Indonesian nation to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an external factor that necessitates the importance of the Pancasila student profile. In addition, the profile of Pancasila students also considers internal factors related to the identity, ideology and ideals of the Indonesian nation. Seeing also the condition of Indonesia which is increasingly familiar with Pancasila, where its value is starting to fade as seen from the character and morals of Indonesian children who are decreasing and far from Pancasila values.The current condition of the quality of education in Indonesia, based on the latest data for 2021, is still far from perfect. This is based on the ranking of the 2021 word population review which places this country in 54th place out of 78 countries included in the world education ranking. In addition, the national education system is required to always make updates in a planned, directed and sustainable manner so as to ensure equity in education, quality improvement as well as the relevance and efficiency of education management to prepare students to face challenges according to the changing demands of life both locally, nationally and globally.Currently, Indonesia wants to improve the quality of education that prioritizes character building. The character referred to in this case is the character that fits the profile of Pancasila students. So that Indonesian students are able to face challenges according to the changing demands of life both locally, nationally and globally. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of curriculum management based on strengthening the Pancasila student profile in improving the quality of education. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study in the implementation of curriculum management based on strengthening Pancasila student profiles can improve the quality of education. The quality of education according to indicators of improving the quality of education and standards for measuring quality in education includes the four qualities of input, process, output and outcome.
