Implications of the Philosophy of Science on the Paradigm of Educational Management

Abstract

In essence, the philosophy of science is a process of thinking, the potential that exists in humans has the desire to achieve a goal. In the scientific field, the philosophy of science certainly has an important role in the educational management paradigm. In this case the author tries to conduct an analysis related to research on the educational paradigm, which is carried out using a Library Research approach in qualitative research using the recommended reporting items from Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). In the end, through this research, it can be concluded that philosophy in management is the main guide that underlines all managerial behavior actions. The role of philosophy in managerial problems is so important, because philosophy acts as the basis of thought in solving problems. A manager needs trust from the core values he adheres to in giving instructions in getting the job done.
