Abstract
This study describes the activities of the Ramadhan 1444 H Islamic Boarding School in fostering student character education. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis at the Utsman Bin Affan Mosque (Yayasan Rumah Cinta), while data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that various programs have been implemented in private schools to improve the quality of Islamic education. The program consists of curricular and extracurricular activities, commemoration of Islamic holidays, Islamic boarding schools, and other Islamic activities. Pesantren (Sanlat), which is held every time the holy month of Ramadan begins, This is done to deliver an understanding of Islamic religious knowledge that is intact and has noble character- in the end, it is expected to grow into pious children. Students are expected to be able to carry out these intelligent activities: 1) To improve understanding, appreciation, and practice of Islamic teachings in order to become Muslims who believe and fear Allah SWT. 2) Practicing Islamic teachings in everyday life 3) To improve student morals in relation to Allah SWT and parents, other people with other people, and the environment, 4) Motivated to read the Qur^an, understand and use the values of the Qur^an
