Abstract
In life, we are not free from making decisions. In a day, there are more than thousands of decisions made, both small and big. By understanding the right decision-making, the goals of the actions we take can be achieved. In teaching, there is a pedagogical orientation that needs to be achieved. Thus, appropriate decision-making is needed so that pedagogical goals are successfully achieved. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and quantitative methods. By looking at the understanding of students, and the educational planning carried out, it was found that the decision making carried out by teachers under the auspices of the Al-Mumtaz Pontianak Foundation was in accordance with pedagogical objectives.
