Creativity and Inovation for making educational contents on Tik Tok Platform

Abstract

The Research aims to describe productivity and knowledge of teacher at Vocational school for creating educational contents on tik tok. Tik tok are social media platform and also increased so many user since Corona Virus Disease-19. Majority users are Gen Z, the first appreance of tik tok just for entertains like dance, game, beauty or etc. Author use a qualitative approach with quisetionnare, charts and interviews some teachers. Majority of Teachers have not used tik tok with 50% percentage on charts but 16% have filled educational contents social media platform besides on tik tok. Although 83 % Teachers think tik tok can develope quality of education on their school. The majority of reasons why teachers still cannot be productive on tik tok ? they are still adjusting their time of the work that has been given by the school.
