Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of principal performance and organizational culture in the post-covid pandemic transformation period on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is quantitative in the form of analyzing the principal^s performance and policies and organizational culture, identifying the influence of the principal^s performance and policies and organizational culture on the independent curriculum applied in the classroom learning process.
