THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PRIVATE MTs PRIVATE PRINCIPLES IN EAST JAKARTA Universitas Negri Jakarta Abstract Performance is the answer to the success or failure of the organizational goals that have been set. A person^s performance is a combination of abilities, efforts and opportunities that can be assessed from the results of his work. The principal is the leader and manager who determines the dynamics of the school towards the gate of success and progress in all areas of life. The intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social capacity of the principal has a major influence on the effectiveness of his leadership. The depth of knowledge, breadth of mind, authority and communication relations have brought significant changes in school management. In carrying out the programs that have been made, the principal is assisted by teachers and education staff so that all process activities in the school continue to run according to the system. The principal must be able to move and influence teachers to comply with school regulations, including work discipline. This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline have on the performance of Principals of Private MTs in East Jakarta and also to improve the performance of Principals of Private MTs in East Jakarta. This study uses Quantitative Research. The results of synergy and collaboration research between the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline must be carried out. Because the results of this synergy and collaboration have a major influence on the process of improving the performance of school principals. So that the impact of these results can be felt by all school members, especially the quality of schools in various aspects.
