CONNECTING LINE ANBK POLICY FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES IN SLB

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture has made changes to the education report cards in all education units, aimed to see developments as well as improve the quality of education in each school, region, and known as the Computer-Based National Assessment. This study aims to see whether the policy embraces the abilities and characteristics of students with special needs in special schools. This research used a descriptive qualitative method which carried out at special schools in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study concluded that the Ministry of Education and Culture^s policies related to the implementation of ANBK for students with special needs in Special Schools are good enough because they can facilitate deaf and disabled students to take part in the national assessment. There are some parts need to improved in the following years- the addition of a variety of disabilities, the adjustment of the items to the abilities of students with special needs, and the level of difficulty of the questions that adjusted to the learning achievements of special needs.
