Abstract

For fifth grade pupils in primary school, the goal of this research is to create an interactive media platform based on Google Site web. In order to encourage students^ curiosity and advance their comprehension of the natural world, science education is essential. Traditional teaching techniques frequently fall short of grabbing students^ attention and getting them involved in the learning process. As a result, technologically new ways become necessary. This study uses a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, providing treatment before and after using the media website. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test on the One-Group Pretest-posttest design showed a pretest of 0.158 and a posttest of 0.57, which means the data is normally distributed. Then, the homogeneity test shows a significant value based on the average, which is 0.294, which means it is homogeneous. The results of the t test obtained a significance value of the data is 0.000, which means H1 is accepted. Furthermore, the results of the effectiveness test show 0.67 which means it is in the medium category and the n-gain for the proportion shows 66.99 which is quite effective.
