ICT-based Collaborative Platform in the Making of Individualized Education Program for Special Needs Children in Inclusive Schools Jakarta State University Abstract This research was conducted to develop an ICT-based collaboration platform that could be used as a guideline by each stakeholder in the making of Individualized Education Program (IEP) in inclusive schools. The making of IEP requires multi-disciplinary collaboration between teachers and experts as well as parents to work together in a team. However, collaboration encounters many obstacles because there is no collaboration model that can be used as a reference and a structured system to differentiate the responsibilities of each stakeholder. This collaboration platform represents a continuous workflow that outlines the roles and responsibilities of teachers, special education teachers, parents, and experts- the form of collaboration carried out in the arrangement of IEP by considering three categories namely collaboration (1) between teachers (2) teachers and parents (3) teachers and experts- as well as the design of an ICT and data-based collaboration platform that can assist in decision making in the arrangement of IEP.
