Abstract

Teaching materials are all forms of materials used to help teachers and students achieve learning goals. This study aims to develop a product that is suitable for use in the learning process, especially in short story writing activities. Writing short stories means that students must be able to express ideas in written form which has its own characteristics. This study uses a research and development design (Research and Development/R&D) which refers to the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model is a simple and systematic learning design consisting of five steps, starting from the analysis, design, development, implementation, then the final step is evaluation. The reason for choosing this research method is to develop a product and test the feasibility of the product. In this study, the product developed was teaching materials in the form of e-modules for class XI SMK on short story writing materials using Google sites.
