Abstract
This research-based community service was carried out based on the fact that there were still many coaches who did not understand how to train physical conditions for athletes. This study was conducted as an education and training program in the form of implementing physical conditions for sports coaches so that they understand and are able to apply it during training sessions. The method used in this study is the observational trial method. There were 20 trainers in Pangandaran Regency involved. Based on the findings, we can conclude that the physical condition training program has a significant physiological effect for athletes to apply in training sessions.
