Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the DKI Jakarta cricket achievement development program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model and in terms of medal gains at the XX 2021 Papua PON. This research is evaluation research conducted in DKI Jakarta Province from September 2021 to August 2022. The data collection used a purposive sampling technique so that 30 respondents were obtained consisting of 24 athlete respondents and 6 respondents from cricket sports management and coaches. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the development of cricket sports achievements is going well and the development of cricket sports achievements is also good. The overall context, input, process, and product aspects of the cricket branch can be said to be going well.
