ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION IN FUTSAL EXERCISE CLUB SMAN 11 BEKASI FERRY YOHANNES WATTIMENA (a*), KHAERONI (b)

Abstract
This research aims to find out the motivation to excel participating in training at the futsal club sman 11 bekasi. This research is done using quantitative approaches, descriptive types of research, and using survey methods. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires through google form. The sample in the study was 30. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive static and were presented in percentage form. The results showed that motivation to excel in participating in training at the futsal club sman 11 bekasi belonged to the group 102-111 with an average score of 108.67. In detail the motivation to achieve in the group of 122-131 as many as 6 people with a percentage of 20%. Motivation to achieve in the group of 112-121 as many as 8 people with a percentage of 26.7%. Motivation to achieve in the group of 102-111 as many as 9 people with a percentage of 30%. Motivation to achieve in the group of 92-101 as many as 2 people with a percentage of 6.7%. Motivation to achieve in the group of 82-91 as many as 5 people with a percentage of 16.7%.
