The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Athletes^ Anxiety during Practicing Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of covid-19 on athletes^ anxiety, provide information about the impact of covid-19 on athletes^ anxiety, and find out whether athletes feel anxious while training during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a survey technique, namely, to inform the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on athletes^ anxiety during training. The population in this study was 200 DKI Jakarta athletes. The sampling technique was carried out with an accidental sampling technique and obtained 101 samples from 200 people. After processing the data, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic was obtained on athletes^ anxiety during training based on gender. The results of this study show that the impact of the pandemic covid-19 on athletes^ anxiety during exercise in males is higher than in females. There were 43 males in the moderate category and only 27 females.
