PROFILE OF MOTOR EDUCABILITY ATHLETES VOLYBALL TEAM CIJATI VILLAGE, SITURAJA DISTRICT, SUMEDANG REGENCY

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the description of the motor educability of the athletes of the Volleyball Team in Cijati Village, Situraja District, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population is all athletes of the Cijati Village Volleyball Team. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. In this study, the sample, namely the research sample, was 17 athletes. The data of this study were taken by means of tests and measurements. The type of test used in this study is the Iowa-Brace Test for Motor Educability. The research data were analyzed using a descriptive percentage formula. The research was conducted in Cijati village, district Situraja, Kab. Sumedang. This research was carried out starting from March to October 2022.
The results of the study concluded that the motor educability of the Athletes of the Volleyball Club of Cijati Village, Situraja District, Sumedang Regency was included in the good category. This is indicated by the acquisition of good category data from 17 early age athletes with a total of 13 athletes or 76.47%.
