Abstract

Study this aim for knowing condition physique and skills as well as how Skills base Oskar
Volleyball Club , Subang Regency . Population in study this is whole subject study with total
sampling technique as many as 20 people. Research results show that test volleyball skills _ self
Oscar volleyball club there are 5 athletes (33.33%), are in the very good category , athletes who
are in the category good on test Skills as many as 7 athletes ( 46.67%), athletes who are in the
category enough on the test Skills as many as 1 athlete (6.67%). And who is in the results test
Skills not enough as many as 2 athletes ( 13 ,33) and the result test volleyball physique _ self
Oscar volleyball club there are 6 athletes (40%), are in the very good category , athletes who are in
the category good on test physique as many as 5 athletes (33.33%), athletes who are in the
category enough on the test physique as many as 2 athletes (13.33%). which is in the result test
physique less and very less 1 athlete _ ( 6,67) and those in the very poor category there is 1.
