Basic Locomotor Movement Learning Model Based on Sports Class Applications for Elementary School Students Physical Education, Postgraduate University of Jakarta, Jakarta State University Complex Bung Hatta Building Jl. Rawamangun Muka, East Jakarta, INDONESIA 13220 Abstract This research is motivated by the covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, which requires students and teachers to carry out the learning process at school during the time and the causes of student characteristics to change, based on observations made by researchers, the facts on the ground state that the latest 4 ministerial decree regulates face-to-face learning 100% in stages. with the provision of comprehensive vaccination, all students and teachers are required to comply with health protocols, if more than 5% of positive confirmed cases are found and there is a cluster of transmission, the PTM can be suspended for at least 10x24 hours. This decision has an impact on material that is not well conveyed. The reason the researcher observes these problems is to find out, analyze and improve the learning model. With the enactment of this decision, the researcher intends to create various application-based locomotor learning models for grade 4, 5 & 6 elementary school students. The goal is to make it easier for students to learn anywhere and anytime and be able to understand the material presented by the teacher through learning applications. The data collection method used in this study was in the form of documentation, observation, and basic locomotor movement tests. The results of the study were in the form of a locomotor basic learning model book and an application for locomotor basic motion learning.
