MUSLIM TRADERS ^BUSINESS STRATEGIES ON A MADINAH RESTAURANT

Abstract

The research objective is to find out the depot Madinah business strategy so that it will last until the 3rd generation, the indicators of Rasullah^s business strategy and general strategy. This type of research is qualitative with a case study analysis method. The primary data source of this research, the main source of the owner, then the triangulation of other sources, namely from suppliers, employees, customers and the surrounding community. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data analysis technique is analyzed, reducing the data, checking the validity of the data and analyzing the data. Owners tend to use the business strategies of Rasulallah SAW. Involving the next generation so that the knowledge transfer process occurred which made the Medina depot survive. Another finding was that generations 1 and 2 had businesses other than the Medina depot, and the 1st generation often gave alms. This is a good thing that can be felt by the next generation
