Abstract
This study aimed to determine the factors influencing donors in making digital payments of zakat, infaq, shadaqah (ZIS) and identify the dominant factors influencing donors in paying ZIS digitally. This study uses a combination of UTAUT 2 with an initial trust model. Primary data is collected through an online survey involving 103 donors from various provinces in Indonesia who have or will pay zakat, infaq, and shadaqah digitally and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM PLS). This study uses a relatively small sample size compared to the size of the Indonesian population. Thus, the results should be analyzed according to the observed sample. Zakat institutions must ensure that their system can provide pleasure, initial trust, and facilitating conditions (network and security). These three factors affect the intention to pay zakat, infaq, and shadaqah digitally. The research provides additional quantitative study literacy on the behavior of paying zakat, infaq, and shadaqah digitally, especially in Indonesia.
