DIGITAL WALLET - BASED FINTECH ECOSYSSTEM IN INDONESIA MAQASHID AL - NAJJAR PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

Digital technology is growing rapidly, especially in Indonesia. In economic activities all payment transactions are already using the digital application system. This payment tool is usually called an e-wallet / digital wallet. In order to support the realization of the Sharia economic masterplan carried out by the National Committee on sharia economics & finance (KNEKS), and become one of the ways in realizing the government^s plan to make Indonesia a leading Sharia economic center by 2024, LinkAja officially launched Sharia services in 2020. The purpose of the study was to determine the model of e-wallet-based fintech ecosystem in Indonesia and to know the review of maqhashid al-Najjar.
Research with netnography method. Data sources were taken through the method of data site, interviews, and digital diary.With primary data and secondary data. Analysis data with 6 stages of netography, namely initiation, investigation, interaction, immersion, integration and Incarnation.
The results of the study stated that linkaja^s Sharia service is the first and only Sharia-based e - wallet in Indonesia. Transaction of syariah services, LinkAja clearly explained the process and transaction of contract on its oeprasional. Linkaja Sharia service as an application becomes the core ecosystem and has 5 ecosystem elements which include demand, talent, solution, capital, and policy. In this ecosystem, several parties such as governments, companies, merchants and several partners support Sharia transactions or financial migration for Indonesia to become a leading Sharia economic center in 2024. The LinkAja Sharia service ecosystem only meets 7 values of maqusyshid al-Najjar, namely faith, humanity, self, mind, prosperity, social entity, wealth and there is one value that has not been fulfilled, namely the value of the natural environment which is the task of Corporate social Responsibility (csr).
suggestions for the government to hold special regulations related to Sharia e - wallet
