Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are sectors that have a major impact on economic growth in Indonesia, but MSMEs are often constrained by problems, namely capital. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bandung City through the ^Bandung Makmur^ program helps MSMEs by providing productive zakat assistance in the form of business capital for productive mustahik to develop their micro-businesses, but there are still many mustahik who have difficulty returning productive zakat aid funds. This study aims to determine the development of productive mustahik micro enterprises after receiving zakat funds from BAZNAS Bandung City through productive zakat variables, Mentoring, and Entrepreneurial Characteristics. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method, which was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The subjects in this study are productive mustahik who are beneficiaries of BAZNAS productive zakat funds in the City of Bandung in 2021. The results of this study indicate that the level of productive zakat affects the development of micro-businesses, this shows that productive mustahik can apply the funds obtained for the sustainability of their micro businesses. While the level of assistance does not affect the development of micro-enterprises and the level of entrepreneurial characteristics affects the development of productive mustahik micro-enterprises. This research is expected to provide a broader overview and new knowledge on the development of micro-enterprises through productive zakat funds.
