Abstract

This paper aims to make a model of Islamic Corporate Governance for Muslim Entrepreneurs. This research is a qualitative study based on a literature review and case study. The case study used is the problem of governance of local Muslim companies which are considered to have good shariah maqashid values or good shariah compliance. This model explains that Islamic corporate governance can be used as an alternative solution to the problems of Muslim entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Islamic corporate governance model is expected to be able to answer the problem of corporate management and can improve the welfare of Muslims in Indonesia.
