SMART CONTRACT ON E-COMMERCE FROM MAQASHID SHARIA PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

The development of Smart Contracts always shows us positive trends, especially in the modern era, and E-Commerce adaptation Smart Contracts are increasing every year. Rapidly changing digital technology is eliminating conventional transactions. The contract process which is usually carried out by people face to face has turned into transactions through the internet network, especially in online business (e-commerce). For Indonesia, one parameter is needed to align all products in E-Commerce to meet sharia principles. Therefore, this study aims to explore whether Smart Contracts in E-Commerce have met the criteria for sharia contracts so that they are used as a development parameter in sharia transactions. To achieve this research used several methods such as survey, content, and descriptive analysis.
